The British Isles Women's Bowls Council is responsible for management of the Women's International Series between member countries and Women's British Isles Championships for individuals.

There are 5 members of the British Isles Women's Bowls Council:

• Ireland
• Jersey
• Scotland
• Wales

Women's International Series

The Women's Senior and Junior International Series takes place on an annual basis, rotating the venue among the 5 member countries.

There are 16 players from each country playing in 4 rinks against every other country in a round-robin format of 21 ends per match.

Women's British Isles Championships

The Women's British Isles Championships has 6 different events (Singles, Pairs, Triples, Fours, Junior Singles and Senior Fours) in an annual knockout format for National Champions.

Guernsey

Guernsey do not compete in the Senior or Junior Women's International Series or Women's British Isles Championships and Jersey do not compete in the Junior Events.
